Ranvier provides tools designed to help individuals and professionals understand patterns related to mood, emotional load, and mental wellbeing through objective measurement and structured insight.

 

Ranvier is a diagnostic platform, but it is not a regulated medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment decisions, or emergency services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ranvier unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

By using the Services, you confirm that:

5. Early Access & Pre-Launch Services

Certain features may be offered as part of an early access or pre-launch programme.

You acknowledge that:
• Features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn
• Availability is not guaranteed
• Early access does not create a right to future access or pricing

Ranvier may modify or discontinue early access at any time.

6. The Ranvier Data Platform

The Ranvier data platform enables the collection, processing, and presentation of diagnostic insight related to mood and emotional load.

6.1 Use of Data

Your use of the platform is subject to these Terms and the separate Privacy Policy, which explains:
• What data is collected
• How it is processed
• How it is stored and protected

The Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with Ranvier but is hosted on a separate page.

6.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:
• How you interpret and use insights provided
• Any decision to share information with third parties, including clinicians
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and professional guidance
